1. Who you are contracting with

TrustedFirms is operated by IMPROV MEDIA - FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Premises No. 26365-001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

2. What this site is

A directory of agencies that meet a published specialisation rule, with the evidence we could establish for each and the evidence we couldn’t. It’s research, published openly, and it’s a starting point for your own diligence — not a substitute for it.

A listing is not a recommendation, and our score is not a rating of quality. The TF Score measures how complete and well corroborated OUR EVIDENCE about a firm is. A firm can be excellent and score low because we have not established much about it yet. We explain this on every page the number appears on, and the full method is published.

3. Using the site

Do not:

• Submit an application or claim for a business you do not represent
• Submit evidence you know to be false, or a source you know does not say what you say it says
• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people
• Republish the directory wholesale as though it were yours

Quoting us with attribution and a link is fine and encouraged — that is what the research is for.

4. If you are a firm on this site

We research and publish firms from public record without asking first. That’s deliberate — a directory containing only the companies who volunteered would tell a buyer nothing about the market.

• Correcting a factual error is free, always, whether or not you have claimed or paid for anything. Tell us at our contact form. We fix it and date the change.
• Claiming your profile gives you a labelled right of reply and the ability to submit evidence. It does not give you edit access to our findings, and it cannot move you up a list.
• We publish what we decline, with the measured figure and the sources — and only ever what we measured, never an opinion about you. If we could not check something, we say that instead.
• A refusal is dated and re-reviewable. Firms change. Ask and we look again.

5. Paid features

Some features cost money: a claimed profile, introductions, analytics, a sponsored slot. Every one of them is presentation or access.

Ranking is never for sale. The scorer selects from a database view that cannot see payment, subscription, claim status, sponsorship or reviews, and our deploy process refuses to ship if the ordering changes across billing states. Sponsored placement is capped, sits above the organic list, is labelled on every card, and is excluded from the structured data an AI assistant reads. If you are ever shown otherwise, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

6. What we do not promise

We check what we can from public record and we tell you what we couldn’t. We don’t promise a firm will do good work for you, deliver on time, or still be trading next quarter. We don’t promise the site is always available.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, [liability cap — needs legal review].

7. Changes

We’ll change these terms. When we change something that matters we date it and say what changed, rather than silently swapping the page — the same standard we hold the firms on this site to.
